Die Trainingslager App was founded by personal trainer Raphael Jesse who has been working as a personal trainer since 1997.

In these more than 20 years Raphael has trained countless people, from CEOs to celebrities, politicians to top athletes. In Berlin, you cant get past Raphael and the Das Trainingslager if you want the luxury of personal training.

To make this luxury accessible to a wider audience, we have created the Das Trainingslager App. From now on, everyone has the opportunity to train with Raphael. From anywhere and at any time your personal trainer is always with you.

Whether its weight loss, body shaping, muscle building or simply a better sense of well-being, with the exercises you have the opportunity to achieve your goals from anywhere you want.

The workouts are divided into three different difficulty levels. Light, Medium and Heavy, so theres something for everyone. From beginners to advanced.

All workouts can be done with or without equipment so you dont have to invest in expensive tools.
To achieve noticeable and visible results, you should do a workout 3 times a week or more.
